我們會精心包裝每一件貨品，所有經送貨服務遞送之包裹都由專業人員使用最合適的材料和方式進行包裝以保證最大程度的保護及避免損壞。我們將按不同的情況使用合適的包裝。

 

We will have every piece of item be packed elaborately. Every parcel to be delivered free of charge within the region is packed by professionals with the most suitable materials and methods to protect it from being damaged as much as possible. We suggest you to keep your jewellery in jewellery boxes. We will select the appropriate packing for different items and under various circumstances.

If you have so selected, we will provide you with complimentary greeting card services at no additional cost. The contents of your gift card must not be libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right not to provide any greeting card service at any time without notice to you.

 

我們均不須承擔任何由心意卡的內容引起或與之有關的責任。閣下同意彌償並使我們、我們的人員、代理、僱員、承包商、其他代表及關聯公司免受所有由心意卡內容所招致或與之有關的申索、費用、開支、損失及損害。

 

We do not accept any liability arising from or in connection with the contents of the greeting card. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, agents, employees, contractors, other representatives and affiliated companies from and against all claims, costs, expenses, losses and damage arising from and/or in connection with the contents of the greeting card.

We will only deliver Orders within the following territories (collectively, the "Territories" and each a "Territory"):

• the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong");

• the Commonwealth of Australia ("Australia");

• the Dominion of Canada ("Canada");

• the Federation of Malaysia ("Malaysia");

• the Republic of Singapore ("Singapore");

• the United States of America ("USA").

• the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ("UK"); and

• the Italian Republic ("Italy").

Internet Protocol (IP) Address
網際網路協定地址

閣下可以於一個地區下送遞到另一個地區的訂單。閣下的網際網路協定地址（IP地址）將會被用作決定閣下下訂單的地區。

Orders may be placed in one Territory for delivery to another Territory. Your Internet protocol (IP) address may be used to determine the territory from which your Orders are placed.

End User
最終使用者

 

我們僅向最終使用者之客戶出售及送遞貨品。閣下確認及保證閣下購買貨品是為閣下個人作為最終使用者使用，並非為轉售予任何第三者或其他任何形式的商業用途。如果我們合理地相信閣下購買貨品並非為以最終使用人之身份作個人使用，我們保留拒絕接受閣下訂單之權利。

 

We will sell and deliver the Goods to end user customers only. You confirm and warrant that your Order of Goods is for your personal use as an end user, and not for resale to any third party or for any other commercial purposes whatsoever. We reserve the right to decline your Orders if we reasonably believe that your purchase of Goods is not for personal use as an end user. 

 

Restriction on the Amount and Number of Orders
訂單總金額及數量

 

我們可限制每一份訂單之最高總金額及閣下每一公曆日可下訂單的數量，前述限制將於訂單中具體示明 (如適用)。

 

We may restrict the maximum aggregate monetary amount of each Order and the number of Orders you may place per calendar day. These restrictions will be specified in the Order (if applicable).

 

Tracing and/or Identifying the Orders
追蹤及/或識別訂單

為追蹤及/ 或識別閣下提交的訂單，我們可將提交該等訂單時所採用的會員帳戶、用以支付該等訂單的信用卡/ 轉賬卡、閣下之網路位置及其它有關該等訂單而具識別性的元素個別或共同地納入考慮。若發生與訂單有關的任何爭議，我們的決定應為最終及確鑿的。

 

We may take into account the membership account through which such Orders are placed, the credit/debit card used for payment thereof, your Internet protocol (IP) address and such other distinctive aspects of such Orders, whether independently or collectively, in tracing and/or identifying the Orders placed by you. If any dispute arises under an Order, our determination will be final and conclusive.
