• 費用均以每張訂單計算，而每張訂單只限4件產品 (如適用)。

• 我們會於收到訂單後十四個工作天內發送貨品。

• 我們或會為每一訂單之貨品投保（並受保單的條款所規限）直至貨品送到指定的送貨地址。

• 我們如選用FedEx美國聯邦快遞服務，實際送貨時間以送遞商之運送時間為準。 

• 我們也會按需要選用其他送遞公司服務，包括UPS / UPS Extra/ S.F. Express及其他供應商，實際送貨時間以送遞商之運送時間為準。

 

Notes: 

 

●  The charge is on the basis of single order. For each order, only 4 products (if applicable) can be added.
●  We dispatch the goods in 14 working days after we received your order.
●  Each order of the Goods may be insured (subject to the terms of the insurance policy) during the time while it is in transit until it is delivered to the designated delivery address.
●  The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of FedEx/ UPS/ UPS Extra/ S.F. Express or our official couriers and other service providers. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

 

運送費用包括處理包裝成本及運費成本。手續費是固定的，而運費則按貨物的總重量有所不同。我們建議你將貨品合併在單一訂單裏。我們不能組兩個不同的訂單分開放置，並且運輸費用將按每個訂單獨立計算。您需承擔包裹分開派遣的風險，我們將採取特殊措施，以保護脆弱的物件及提供合適尺寸箱子或包裝以充分保護您的產品。

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized or with any suitable packaging and your items are well-protected.

部份貨品並不能寄送至海外指定地區。請注意：在下訂單前，閣下有責任確定貨品能合法地進口目的國家／區域。

 

Product Limitation

Some of our products cannot be delivered overseas. Please note that before ordering, you have the responsibility to determine that the Goods can be lawfully and legally imported to the destination country/ region.   

 

稅項與關稅

貨品價款不包括任何稅項及關稅。貨品送抵目的地時，您須支付商品購買，進口及報關時應支付的任何及所有稅費。我們建議您向當地的海關當局查詢有關該稅的詳情及支付手續。

運往香港以外地方的任何訂單，須繳納在結帳時徵收和收取的進口關稅和稅款。 在下訂單時，您被認為是記錄的進口商，並且必須符合所有適用的法律法規。 收取關稅、稅費和承運人的收費費用是您運費的一部分，必須由您承擔。 

 

Taxes and Duties

The Prices are exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. You are responsible for the payment of any and all Taxes payable on the purchase, import and customs clearance of the Goods when the Goods arrive at your destination country/region. You are advised to contact your local customs authority for details and procedures of payment of such Taxes.

Any order being shipped to a destination outside Hong Kong is subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected during checkout. When placing an order, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes, and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.
