付款條款

 

除非我們另有指定，否則本網站所載之報價均以港幣作單位，且我們可在不事先通知閣下的情況下隨時基於我們絕對的酌情權調整報價。其他獲囍悅薈/ 讚好香港授權之第三方網上銷售渠道或囍悅薈/ 讚好香港零售商店沒有義務符合本網站上顯示的價格，反之亦然。

Unless otherwise specified by us, all prices quoted on the Websites are in Hong Kong dollars and are subject to adjustment at our absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice to you. Our other Smiley Gift Club/ Like Hong Kong authorised third party online sale channels or Smiley Gift Club/ Like Hong Kong retail shops are under no obligation to match the prices quoted on the Websites and vice versa.

 

Taxes Payable

閣下作為貨品的收件人或被視為貨品的收件人，將會被記錄為進口商，而閣下必須遵從所有目的地的所有進口及報關法律及法規。閣下須支付商品購買時應支付的任何及所有稅費。 "稅"是指可以在任何法域的任何現在或將來的稅收（包括貨物和/ 或服務稅）、稅率、徵稅、關稅、稅款（包括關稅及印花稅）、扣除額、收費、強制貸款和預扣（任何此類總體淨收入的稅收除外）及任何由此產生的利息、罰金、罰款或其他相關費用。閣下承認貨品如要在目的地報關及從海關放貨及/ 或交付到指定的送貨地址是必須繳納該稅的。

You, being the recipient or deemed the recipient of the Goods, will be the importer of record and the person who must comply with all import and customs laws and regulations of the destination country.  You will be responsible for the payment of any and all Taxes payable on the purchase of Goods. "Taxes" means any present or future taxes (including taxes on goods and/ or services), rates, levies, imposts, duties (including customs duties and stamp duties), deductions, charges, compulsory loans and withholdings (other than any such taxes on the overall net income of a party) which may be incurred in any jurisdiction and any interest, penalties, fines or expenses relating to any of them. You acknowledge that the payment of such Taxes is necessary for the Goods to be cleared by and released from the customs authority of the destination country and/ or delivered to the designated delivery address.

 

Cancellation of Orders
取消訂單

 

1. 我們盡一切努力，以避免造成在價格和產品信息上的錯誤。如果有任何錯誤，我們保留更正、拒絕或取消任何的訂單或終止有關合同的權利及絕對酌情權。

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right and absolute discretion to correct it, refuse or cancel any Order placed, or terminate the relevant Contract.

2. 如果在PayPal或信用卡金額完成支付過程後，如果由於閣下取消訂單，我們將不能退還已付款項給您。敬請小心下訂單。

After completing the payment process on a certain amount charged by PayPal or credit cards,  we WILL NOT BE REFUNDED to you because of the cancellation. Please read carefully before your payment.

1. 除非我們另有指定，貨品的價款須在我們向閣下出具接受通知後，由閣下通過我們接受的PAY PAL、信用卡或轉賬卡以港幣或相關貨幣兌換支付。閣下特此聲明及保證閣下是用以支付貨品價款之信用卡或轉賬卡的合法持有人。如信用卡或轉賬卡並不是以港幣計算，該最終的價格將會由閣下發卡銀行或卡供應商計算。

Unless otherwise specified by us, payment for Goods will be effected in Hong Kong dollars or related currencies by way of Pay Pal, credit/ debit card accepted on our issuance of the Acceptance. You hereby represent and warrant that you are the legitimate holder of the credit/ debit card used for payment for the Goods. If the credit/ debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank or card provider.

2. 閣下的信用卡/ 轉賬卡付款將由我們不時聘用的服務供應商（"付款處理商"）處理。閣下的信用卡/ 轉賬卡資料將透過付款處理商被傳送到相關的金融機構。我們不會保留閣下的信用/ 轉賬卡資料。

Your credit/ debit card payment will be processed by such a service provider as we may engage from time to time ("Payment Processor"). Your credit/ debit card particulars will be passed onto the relevant financial institution through the Payment Processor. We do not and will not retain any of your credit/ debit card particulars.
 

3. 本網站所有網上交易必須以有效信用卡付款及PayPal交易付款。Smiley Gift Club/ Like Hong Kong 擁有更改付款方式的權利，而該更改的付款方式會於此網站公佈。

All the payments for online purchases on this site must be settled by using PayPal or credit cards. Smiley Gift Club/ Like Hong Kong owns the rights to change the payment method and such changes will be announced on this website.

 

4. 當閣下於本網站進行交易，閣下須於指定位置填寫包括個人及信用卡資料等資料，即閣下確認為該信用卡合法持有人，並確保所有已輸入資料均為正確無誤。

When ordering on this website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form including your credit card information. You hereby confirm that you own the credit card legitimately and all the details you provided for the payment are correct.

Purchase Price of Goods & Jewellery

貨品及首飾價款

1. 貨品的購買價款（"價款"）應為確認通知中列明之價款。如貨品屬非定價金飾，其價款應根據貨品的重量及任何其他由我們決定的相關因素（包括但不限於加工費）計算。無論何種情況，確認通知所列明的總價款應為最終及確鑿的。

The purchase price of Goods ("Price") will be the price specified in the Confirmation. In respect of "non-fixed price" gold items, the Price will be calculated based on the weight of the Goods and any other relevant factors as we may determine (including, without limitation, craftsman cost). In any event, the total price stated in the Confirmation will be final and conclusive.

 

2. 貨品價款不包括任何和所有適用的航運費、送遞費、手續費、保險費和稅費。

Prices are exclusive of any and all applicable shipping fees, delivery charges, handling fees, insurance charges and Taxes.

1. 如需發票/收據敬請提出。我們會將閣下支付貨品價款的相關發票/收據郵寄至閣下指定的帳單地址或付運地址或以電子形式發送至閣下註冊電郵。如指定的收件地址與帳單地址不同，我們保留要求閣下支付額外送遞費及合理的行政費的權利。

The original invoice for payment of Goods will be sent to your designated billing or delivery address or email to your registered email box upon request. If the designated delivery address is different from the designated billing address, we reserve the right to charge you the additional mailing charges and reasonable administrative fees.

 

2. 我們概不承擔任何以信用卡付款所須繳付的額外費用。

Smiley Gift Club/ Like Hong Kong holds no responsibility and will not pay for any additional charges that arise through credit card payment.

我們無須對由下列事項直接或間接引起的任何損失或損害承擔責任：

(a) 由於閣下未能在進行網上付款的過程中保護閣下的個人資料； 
(b) 閣下未能於網上付款的過程中提供完整及準確的資料；或
(c) 與指定付款方式有關的其他原因。

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from:

(a) your failure to protect your personal data during the course of effecting any payment online; 
(b) your failure to provide complete and accurate information during the online payment process; or 
(c) any other reasons in connection with the specified mode of payment.
